Our firearm return policy is designed to be fair and easy to understand. Because firearms are regulated, returns work a little differently from ordinary products, so please read this page before you order your Shadow Systems MR920.
Firearm Return Policy Basics
Once a pistol has been transferred to you at your FFL dealer, it legally becomes a used firearm and generally cannot be returned for a refund. Please inspect your pistol at the dealer’s counter before you complete the paperwork. If something is wrong, do not complete the transfer and contact us right away.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pistol arrives damaged, or it is not the model you ordered, let us know within 3 days of the dealer receiving it. Email photos and your order number to info@modern-warriors.com. We will arrange for the dealer to ship it back and send you a replacement or a full refund.
Denied or Delayed Transfers
If your background check is denied, or you cannot legally take possession, the dealer will return the pistol to us. We will refund the purchase price minus any shipping and restocking costs we incur. Your dealer’s transfer fee is paid to them and is not refundable by us.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. After it ships, the steps above apply.
Manufacturer Warranty
Shadow Systems backs its pistols with its own warranty. For mechanical issues after the transfer, the fastest fix is usually to contact the manufacturer directly through the Shadow Systems website. We are happy to help you start that process.
Demo, B-Stock and Blemished Pistols
Items from our demo and B-stock deals are sold as described, including any cosmetic marks listed. They are covered by the same damage and incorrect-item terms above.
