Before You Reach Out
A lot of common questions already have detailed answers on the site. You might find what you need faster here:
- How FFL transfers and shipping work, including what your dealer needs from us.
- Shadow Systems MR920 FAQ, covering model differences, holsters, optics and magazines.
- Our firearm return policy, so you know your options before buying.
MR920 Questions We Love Answering
Not sure whether the MR920 Elite or the MR920 Foundation fits your budget? Wondering if a threaded barrel is worth it, or which red dot footprint your slide accepts? Ask away. Helping you pick the right Shadow Systems pistol is the best part of our job.
Order Support
If you already placed an order, include your order number in the message so we can pull it up right away. Tell us the name and location of your FFL dealer if you have not shared it yet, and we will make sure the license is on file before your pistol ships.
Prefer to keep browsing? Head back to the Shadow Systems MR920 shop or read more about Modern Warriors. You can also learn more about the manufacturer on the official Shadow Systems website.
